In my life, charity and living with respect for nature play a very important role. I practice what I preach and I want to incorporate into my coaching philosophy the idea that a meaningful life strongly involves doing good and a way of living that respects nature. In the heart there is the message that doing good increases the meaningfulness of life and increases the experience of connection. Nature gives us a tremendously rich environment from which we can draw peace of mind, wellbeing and health, and in return we must live by respecting and protecting it. When we realize that experiences of meaning come from very small things, we need less everything extra to maintain our wellbeing.<\/p>

We help in many ways Brazil’s communities and people who need help. We make individual donations and food purchases, Christmas events and food deliveries to those in need.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We help animal rescue organization APAG,\u00a0 Zimbadogs and other individuals in the city of Garopaba. All of our animals are rescue animals. We make individual donations in the veterinary costs, buy food, accessories and help in animal adoptions.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Living in the middle of a nature reserve area makes the relationship with nature special. We plant trees, protect our soil, save water, recycle and do small organic farming. It’s impossible to achieve health and wellbeing without a close relationship to nature and that’s why this is an important part of my coaching philosophy.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
