Charity and a way of living that respects nature matter deeply to me. They aren’t separate from my coaching philosophy, they’re part of it. Doing good increases meaning. It increases the sense of connection to other people, and to something larger than your own achievements.<\/p>
Nature gives us an extraordinary amount: a place to find calm, wellbeing, health. In return, we owe it the same respect to live in a way that protects what gives us so much.<\/p>
Once you notice that meaning tends to come from small things, you need far less of everything else to feel well.<\/p>
