N\u00e3o precisa fazer sentido agora. Permanecer fiel a uma vers\u00e3o antiga de si mesmo, apenas para evitar o desconforto de contradizer suas escolhas passadas, n\u00e3o \u00e9 integridade. \u00c9 o medo se disfar\u00e7ando de integridade.<\/p><p>O verdadeiro custo nunca foram os anos j\u00e1 vividos. O verdadeiro custo \u00e9 o que voc\u00ea continua sacrificando todos os dias em um lugar que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o lhe proporciona paz de esp\u00edrito, energia, a vers\u00e3o da sua vida que voc\u00ea ainda n\u00e3o se permitiu experimentar.<\/p><p>Voc\u00ea tem o direito de superar certas coisas.
