CHARITY & SUSTAINABILITY

— Doing good is not a duty. It is a joy that increases our purpose and love.

Meaning comes from small things and from what you give, not just what you have.

Charity and a way of living that respects nature matter deeply to me. They aren’t separate from my coaching philosophy, they’re part of it. Doing good increases meaning. It increases the sense of connection to other people, and to something larger than your own achievements.

Nature gives us an extraordinary amount: a place to find calm, wellbeing, health. In return, we owe it the same respect to live in a way that protects what gives us so much.

Once you notice that meaning tends to come from small things, you need far less of everything else to feel well.

It’s worth asking: could giving be the missing piece in your own sense of wellbeing?

COMMUNITIES

I help in many ways Brazil’s communities and people who need help. I’ve made  individual donations and food purchases, Christmas events and food deliveries to those in need.

ANIMALS

We help animal rescue organization and individuals in southern Brazil. All of our animals are rescue animals. We make individual donations in the veterinary costs, buy food, accessories and help in animal adoptions.

sustainability

I live in the middle of a nature reserve, and that closeness has shaped how I see health itself. I plant trees. I protect the soil. I save water, recycle, and grow some of my own food. Small, ordinary things but they add up to a way of living, not just a set of values on paper.
